Etymology: Siorc Ingne means "Shark and Nail" in Irish respectively.
Pronunciation: it is pronounced like the English word Shirk, as in "don't shirk work".
Genshin Impact and biological Information:
Age: body is (mostly) adult human, age unknown but somewhere between 20-30.

Appearance
Siorc has dark purple hair in a bowl style cut that is about the length of his shoulders, and side burns. He wears a sharp hair clip in his hair at all times in various different colors.
He has developed heterochromia, his right eye is purple, but his left eye is green, and an astigmatism from constant experiments. He cannot see without his glasses.
He adorns two button earrings that are sharper than normal human earrings.
His freckles are actually some of his hyena spots, however a normal human being would think they are just freckles as it is hard to tell them apart from those.
He is rather short for a "normal human male" at around 5"2.
When he adorns his chimera traits, he will have a Hyena tail protruding from his back side and hyena claws, but usually only one hand can be turned into a hyena claw at a time.
His teeth are also visibly sharp like shark teeth due to his shark like brain.
He wears a black shirt that goes up to about his neck and a brown coat which were given to him by the Tsaritsa.
Personality
A rogue hyena chimera that is a completely unhinged and sadistic individual. He does not care about the lives of most humans or monsters and will not hesitate in killing monsters in brutal ways with either his hyena chimera powers, the hair pins he wears, and even the earrings he is wearing, or his delusion. He very rarely uses the vision he was given because he despises visions, as it reminds him of his past in nature.
He is notorious for stealing the teeth of monsters to collect them in an attempt to sell them for mora to no success.
He does not like people looking at him and will talk in a very mocking tone and in a violent, harsh nature due to being around Scaramouche too much when experimented on.
Before going completely rogue, Siorc could be described as a more quiet and meek person who liked looking at nature and flowers, but has since long forgotten everything he liked. All that remains is the sadistic, unhinged self that is mostly ready to kill at any given time.
Story
Born somewhere near Mondstadt, Siorc had lived in a tiny hut in the forest. His childhood is a fog to him, however. At a young age, the Cryo archon had took an interest in him being a chimera. She had abducted him one night when no one had been around to stop her, in hopes to make him one of the Fatui someday.
Upon being abducted, IL Dottore had also taken an interest in Siorc. He had begun to do inhume experiments on him in order to completely unleash the hyena traits within his body. The experiments were often an agonizing, painful, and tormenting ordeal. Most of these experiments caused permanent damage both physically and mentally. The extent of the damage, however, is immeasurable at this point in time. Known damages are the development of heterochromia, and an astigmatism. He is also known to have extreme night terrors that probe him awake suddenly at any given time.
One day, the experiments had begun to intensify with ferocity. IL Dottore had begun tinkering with Siorc's brain where it had been discovered that his brain had been similar to a shark's brain. Learning of this fact, the doctor begun his experiments to try to get the shark instinct within his brain active again in order to make the young man into a powerful fatui soldier.
Whenever Siorc had not been experimented on, he would be given training to become a Fatui soldier. Most of his training had been delivered to him by Scaramouche, whom would talk down to him most of the time on the training grounds. He had been taught how to use a claymore like a human as well as his chimera powers which had slowly been drawn out him due to the experimentation of his body.
In the very rare moments of free time, or when being taken to other nations to train, Siorc had discovered flowers and would admire them quietly. This pastime, however, has completely blanked from his mind in the current era. It is said his favorite flower used to be the Silk Flower and the Calla Lilly. There were oftentimes where he would pick a couple of flowers in an attempt to hide them on his person. Most of the time, his flowers would be confiscated. The confiscation of the flowers he loved so much led to various night terrors involving flowers being burned to a crisp by Pyro delusions via the harbingers.
There had a few times Siorc had been sent to Mondstadt with other Fatui to learn how the other branches had dealt with the Knights of Favonius in public relations. During this time, the young soldier in training would often think of his family. Occasionally, he would attempt to search for them when business talks were long winded where he could walk off unnoticed. Most attempts to had been unsuccessful. It was only years later he had discovered most of his family had been killed by the Fatui at some point except his sister. His sister would later go missing, however. This incident was the catalyst of Siorc beginning to question the Fatui's actions, creating a dark hole within his mind. He no longer had any family who could save him, no one to trust, and no one to look up to. Upon this realization, Siorc's night terrors begun to worsen.
As the years went by inexorably, the experiments had continued with intensity, especially within his brain. After years of failing to unlock the shark sections in Siorc's cerebrum, Dottore had successfully been able to get the innate predator instincts to function. Upon this success, Siorc's physical training had also intensified. The unlocking of his shark parts within his brain were not immediately realized to the near emerging adult, however.
Due to the predator instinct being unlocked within his brain, the Tsaritsa had seen increased value in Siorc becoming a soldier, deeming the then late adolescent a Dendro vision and Geo delusion. The Harbingers were at this point, tasked to teach the chimera how to use them, along with weapon training. Far more attempts to bring out more of his chimera powers had also increased as he was approaching adulthood.
Soldier training had been extremely traumatizing for the young chimera, but Siorc never dared complain about it in fear the Tsaritsa or Fatui Harbingers would kill him. For the most part, he would listen to whatever any Fatui told him to. This is a repressed memory in present day.
Once reaching adulthood, the experiments had moved towards his insides, as Dottore had become increasingly curious about whether the man's organs had been human or hyena. These experiments had begun to make Siorc waver, causing far more cracks to form inside him. He was slowly thinking he wanted to speak up or leave, but did not vocalize any of these desires.
After many years of training, and brain experimentation, Siorc had also begun to slowly come to notice instincts he had never known about before, or had chosen to ignore. The smell of blood would make him lose it, similar to sharks in the water. Slowly, his battle style had started to become more violent and intense as the predator instincts inside his brain had been tinkered with vigor. In secret, he had requested the hair pins and earrings he had been given to be sharpened to weapon like status. In secret, he would use them to kill small monsters when no one had been looking at him.
After some time had passed, the day known as Shark Sunday would come to pass. This was where Siorc had finally had enough. Dottore's experiments had begun to move towards the heart. This was one step too far for Siorc. The day of the incident, Siorc had exclaimed he was "tired of being a toy for the Fatui." The chimera had equipped the Geo delusion he had been entrusted to by the Tsaritsa, destroying the lab Dottore had been experimenting on him in, killing all the scientists except the doctor. Part of this incident had been due to most of his predatory shark instincts taking control. Some of it, however, had been because of him going rogue. The personality changes had all come at Siorc at once, albiet instantly upon going rogue.
Due to seeing most of Teyvat throughout the years of training, Siorc had known about the teleport waypoints. Upon destroying the lab, he had fled to Mondstadt where his old home had used to be. It was there that the chimera had lost all care in the world and began killing monsters mercilessly. He no longer felt joy in seeing flowers, or anything of the sort from his childhood and adolescence. He would kill monsters often, and in extremely sadistic ways not limited to pushing many Hillichurls off a cliff, stabbing monsters in the heart, and ripping out their teeth. He would often be seen stealing the teeth off the of the monsters he would kill in hopes of getting Mora for them, it was not a successful endeavor, however. He could also occasionally be seen stealing treasure. These extreme killings had made Siorc a very notorious and known criminal in Teyvat.
The Fatui had occasionally tried to get Siorc to come back to Sheznhaya for rehabilitation/retraining into their soldier again under the Tsaritsa. This was met with various deaths of the soldiers who had tried to bring him back. After years of training, killing had been something that had become like child's play for the young adult at the time. He is constantly thinking of getting revenge on the Doctor that experimented on him, but knows he cannot touch him, and thus kills any soldier or skirmisher who comes near him to get him to come back instead.
He is now known around Teyvat as the "Shark Nail" due to his brutal and harsh nature. Many groups of people from many of the nations are in a pursuit to stop Siroc, but are either killed or brutally injured by his unconventional tactics of stabbing people with his sharpened earrings and hair clips. Due to the nature of not being able to predict those types of objects being weapons, many soldiers are confused by him, but continue to attempt to arrest the chimera or send him back to Snezhnaya. The Knights of Favonius have known to put a bounty on his head that is increasing as his kill count continues to grow. He also hopes to one day attack the Tsaritsa that had once abducted him and possibly ordered the killing of his family, but still has innate fear of losing his life to her.
The remaining parts of his rational brain occasionally cry out to him about wishing someone loved him, or wishing he still had family. The small part of his brain that is possibly human also wishes to find his sister if she had not been killed by now. Despite the bounty on his head, Siorc sometimes ponders putting up a commission to help him reunite with his sister, if at all possible. Most of the time, however, his predator brain outweighs the rational one.
Broken, corrupted and done, he continues to murder fatui, soldiers and monsters thoughtlessly, to this day in the present, his rational mind basically being thrown away at this state. There is almost nothing left inside him but hatred and murderous instinct.
Misc and end
Trivia?
Most of his hair clips and earrings were gifts given to him by an unknown person, possibly children or adults around Snezhnaya who felt bad for him. Siorc never questioned it, as before he went rogue, he loved hair pins.
His birthday is Hyena Appreciation Day, which is April 27th, as stated above in the information section.
Hyenas are social animals, but Siorc was ironically, not a very social person. It is likely due to his brain being part shark and part human.
Only his arms and legs were able to successfully turn into his hyena parts and a lot of the time, it is infrequent and unstable due to the constant experimentation on Siorc's body. He can, however, sometimes summon his hyena chimera powers at will if he concentrates and uses the power of his shark instincts in his brain.
Besides flowers, music can sometimes calm down the beast inside him, but barely anyone seems to think about this when attempting to capture him. He finds the sounds of the bards music in Mondstadt the most pleasant.
He gets many heart palpitations after Dottore's many experiments on him, but was able to learn specific breathing techniques to calm them down.
In his adulthood, he occasionally steals or buys wine when no one is the wiser. He is able to slightly mimic people's voices, but only a few. It is unknown how he came by this skill, however.
He very rarely uses his Claymore now that he has sharpened his hair pins and earrings into weapons, but will occasionally try to knock wood pieces out of trees for his secret serenitea pot that he had stolen after going rogue. He only goes into the serenitea pot to sleep so his body does not deteriorate further after the many years of experiments done on him.
Some of Siorc's speech patterns upon going rogue were picked up from how he witnessed Scaramouche had been acting towards soldiers in training. The only harbinger Siorc does not want to seek revenge on is the Balladeer himself. He also does not have much interest in getting revenge on Tartaglia as the two barely ever interacted.
(No, it is not because the author of this carrd is a Scaramouche stan, or anything like that. Certainly not.)
When he was a younger kid before getting kidnapped, he would sometimes play with the children nearby or pet dogs in or near Mondstadt. However, it was in secrecy because his mother did not want him going out into public too often in fear of him being bullied for being part hyena.
Final author notes and trivia (in first person)
I chose the name Siorc for him because I wanted to name him after the word Shark, but not the English word. The Irish version of the word just hit me the best, so that's the one I went with.
I created Siorc while attempting to make some ocs on Picrew, and his character design was the one I immediately loved the most, for some reason. I don't know if it was because of the Picrew I chose to make him with, or if I just felt inspiration to weave some sort of story for him.
I didn't want to make him an Adeptus because that would be too easy, so I made him a chimera instead because of that. I don't know why I thought to make him a hyena chimera at first, but I swear it was the one thing I really wanted to keep in his character since the beginning, even before I made this carrd.
The stuff about Dottore was something I wasn't sure I was going to actually put into his story, but after reading Childe's story quest and learning he tinkered with things, I decided to go for it.
The reason you don't see any playable characters mentioned in here is because I didn't want to mess with those. But, I'm sure characters like Jean and Kaeya would have a lot to say about him, but I'll leave that to if I ever actually write a prose solo for him, perhaps.
A lot of the story section of this carrd is stuff that only came to me when making it. I usually am a person who plans entire plots before I write it. The only part of this that was planned was the rogue chimera, unconventional style of killing that he does, and the Dottore experiments. I honestly did not anticipate wanting to add the Tsaritsa into all this, but it happened that way, anyway.

The poem in the very first paragraph in this card is called acrostic poetry in which there is a hidden word in the poem. I have hidden the word Shark Nail in this acrostic poem.
I probably spelled a lot of the nation names wrong in here. I have trouble remembering how to spell most names in Genshin Impact, honestly. But, I am trying. It is just extremely difficult for me to some of the time to remember. So, I apologize if I spelled Snezhnaya wrong multiple times in here. I will try to fix it if I notice it's spelled vastly different throughout this carrd.
